At Habib Bazar, we take pride in the quality of our modest fashion pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached and packaging intact
  • Free from perfume, makeup, or any stains
  • Not marked as a final sale or non-returnable item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been altered or customized

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at WhatsApp +971503008048 with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 24 Hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs Free Return & Free Delivery
  • If you paid using a Buy Now, Pay Later service, refunds will be processed according to that provider's terms.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the UAE, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
