2. Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders of AED 100 or more within the UAE — no discount code needed, applied automatically at checkout.
For orders below AED 100, a shipping fee of AED 16 will apply at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
